Inspired by the story in Mark 2, Jesus tells of the four friends who demonstrate the importance of faith, persistence, and meaningful relationships with both God and one another.

In this passage, the friends’ determination is unmistakable. They were willing to do whatever it took to bring their paralyzed friend to Jesus, knowing that an encounter with Jesus would change his life.

 

That story reflects our heart. Caring for the youth in our community flows from the deep love God has shown us and our love for Him. We desire to be a community that brings one another into the presence of Jesus—where healing, wholeness, and transformation are found.
